California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides residents of the state of California with a right to opt-out of the “sale” of their personal information. Caregility does not sell consumer data to Third Parties. However, the definition of a “sale” is defined broadly by the CCPA, and may include the sharing or making available of a variety of information with third parties. In certain instances, our use and disclosure of consumer data may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA.

How to opt-out of the “sale” of personal information

You may submit your request to see or opt out of potential “sales” of your personal information by contacting us at info@caregility.com, (732) 440-8040, or by entering your email address below.

To protect your privacy, the name and email address you submit will not be stored in our system.
