Our platform, which earned the 2021 and 2022 Best in KLAS award in its category (Non-EMR Virtual Care), improves health outcomes for patients and helps facilities do more with often-limited staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have facilitated optimal care for patients in isolation, as well as those with restricted visitation. We help connect these patients with their families and care teams, and help ensure that language barriers do not affect their quality of care.

Numerous potential medical, dental and population health applications of telehealth and virtual care have yet to be realized. In addition, there is much to be done in the care of children with special needs, seniors, and people with disabilities, as well as everyone with chronic mental or physical illness.
